Salon Management System & Software Training
Training is an important part of implementing a new computerised system in your salon. Even though Salon Advance is a powerful yet easy to learn and use software package, training is still sometimes needed in order to bring all staff members up to speed more quickly. We offer several training methods to fit your salons needs.
Telephone Training:
Our technical support staff are available to answer questions and provide help getting started with Salon Advance.
Our support and training staff are dedicated to helping our customers get the most out of their software. If you take the option of our software support packages you will receive telephone support 5 days a week - 9am to 6pm.
Online Training:
To take advantage of this method of training, your salon will need to have a suitable Internet connection. Our technicians are able to connect to your salon's computer, see your screen and take control of your program! It's just like we are sitting there next to you and is a great way to train your staff.
Training at our Tong Hall Facility:
We can also train you and your staff right here in our Tong Hall (Leeds) facility.
Our trainers are experts in salon management and understand your salon's needs. Training at our facility is available for upto five people, and if you take support with us here at Salon Active you we will reduce the cost of the training day, you will also receive a full days training for FREE when you purchase a full system including the Pro version of the software.
On Site Training:
Don't have the time to come to us? Let our trainers come to you! If you choose any of the software programs with an install package, you would have one of our engineers call and install the software and then give you the rest of the day for one to one training.
